Standing seam
Concealed fasteners and raised seams give a clean, modern look with no screws through the panel face. It is the premium option and needs the least upkeep.
Serving Beaumont, TX & surrounding areas
Building a new home or adding on? We install standing seam and exposed-fastener metal roofs as a complete system, from the underlayment and flashing to the last piece of trim.
A metal roof is only as good as the way it goes on. On new construction and additions, we start from the bare deck, so every layer is planned: underlayment, eave and rake trim, valley and wall flashing, panels, and ridge. There is no old roof to remove and nothing to work around.
We install on new homes and on additions to existing homes. On an addition, the new roof has to tie into the existing one cleanly. That joint is a common leak point, so it gets the most attention.
Replacing an old roof instead? See our metal roof replacement page. For everything else we do, start with our metal roofing in Beaumont overview.
Four decisions shape how the roof looks, what it costs, and how much care it needs over the years.
Concealed fasteners and raised seams give a clean, modern look with no screws through the panel face. It is the premium option and needs the least upkeep.
Screws with sealing washers hold the panels through the face. It is the budget-friendly option and a good fit for many homes, with periodic checks on the screws and washers.
A lower gauge number means thicker steel. Thicker panels resist dents better and cost more; we will explain which gauge makes sense for your roof.
Lighter colors reflect more of the summer sun. Panel color and trim are picked together so the whole roof looks finished.
Every installation follows the same order, because each layer protects the one under it:
When the roof is done, we walk it with you and hand over the warranty paperwork.
Underlayment
The deck is covered with underlayment first, with extra protection in valleys and along the eaves.
Trim and flashing
Eave, rake, valley, and wall flashing go on before the panels, so water always runs over a seam, never into one.
Panels to a layout
Panels are set to a planned layout so seams run straight and cut pieces stay at the edges.
Ridge and closures
Ridge caps and closure strips seal the top of the roof against wind-driven rain and pests.
Yes. We install metal roofs on new homes and on additions to existing homes.
Neither is better for every home. Standing seam costs more and needs less upkeep; exposed fastener costs less and needs its screws and washers checked over time. We will walk you through both for your roof.
If your existing roof is metal, we match the panel profile and color as closely as is available. If it is shingle, the joint between the two roofs gets its own flashing detail.
